- Commemorating the Gallipoli campaign of World War I, this website contains visually rich information about the Anzac landing, reports from official war correspondents and photographers, original artworks, personal diaries and accounts from soldiers at the front and by contemporary historians. A virtual walk of the Gallipoli peninsula is included, as well as information about the construction of the Anzac Commemorative Site.
- Australia's War 1939 - 1945

- Go to the Australia's War 1939 - 1945 website (link opens in a new window)
- The website provides access to imaginative and relevant information about significant World War II events, including the defence of Australia, Australia's war in the Pacific and Australian armed forces in other theatres. The website commemorates the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II.
The two websites may also be copied from the CD-ROM in the resource kit to your school server to enable you to use them in classrooms without internet access, however, please note that some web-enabled services, such as search, will not work.
